5. Optional External Google Fonts

Google Fonts are not loaded automatically. The website requests them only if you actively consent via the consent banner or the cookie settings dialog.

Third-country transfer: a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google states that transfers may be based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the specific processing setup. 6. Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is integrated on this website only after your explicit consent. Without your consent, no Google Analytics script is loaded.

Google Analytics may process usage data, page views, technical browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP data, and interaction data. We have configured Google Analytics with the measurement ID G-JQQX4Q0JH5.

According to the current implementation, the configuration is loaded with IP anonymization enabled. Nevertheless, a transfer of data to Google and potentially to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out.

This website links to external services, especially CurseForge. If you click such links, you leave this website. The respective operator is then responsible for any further data processing on the destination site.

9. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be processed solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, or Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for general inquiries.

The provision of your contact data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without the information necessary to identify and answer your request, we may be unable to process it.
